Referring to the photograph, cut a piece of lime cardstock to the desired size; fold in half. Cut two rectangles of black paper about a 1/4-inch smaller than the front of the lime card, cutting one of the black rectangles with pinking shears. Cut two rectangles of lime stripe paper, about 1/4-inch smaller than the black squares.
For the inside of the card, use double-sided tape to adhere the straight-edged black rectangle to the inside of the lime card, then adhere one of the rectangles of lime striped paper on top. Adhere the rectangle cut with the pinking shears to the front of the card, and adhere the other square of lime stripe paper on top.
Punch a hole in the lower half of the card front. Glue pom-pom to corresponding spot on inside of card.
Add party information using adhesive letters and a marking pen. Use the template to draw the spider's web and to write on a curve; draw legs with the pen. Glue eyes into place on the pom-pom.
