- Scissors
- Yellow feather boa
- Children's yellow sweat suit
- Yellow sewing thread
- Sewing needle
- Yellow gloves
- Yellow boots
- Cut two pieces from the yellow feather boa, each long enough to stretch from the child's shoulder to the wrist.
- With yellow sewing thread, hand-stitch each piece in place on the topside of the sweatshirt sleeves.
- Cut another piece of the feather boa approximately 5 inches long and hand-stitch it to the point of the hood.
- Add yellow gloves and yellow rubber boots to complete the costume.
