Lobster

This Halloween, get inspired by under-the-sea creatures like this adorable lobster.

"This costume was so popular last year that people couldn't get their hands on it," says Shari Maxwell, vice president of Extreme Halloween, Inc. "For that reason, we expect it to be hot again this year."

If you're unable to reel in a store-bought version, don't worry. You can easily transform a red hooded sweat suit into a seaworthy lobster. Simply cut out red fabric and stuff it with batting to make claws. Attach red pipers as antennae. Cut out circles from black and white felt (the black circles should be smaller than the white ones) and attach them to the hood of the sweatshirt to make eyes. Now your baby is ready to claw her way to the top of the Halloween best-dressed list!
