Create Simple Cat Halloween Treat Boxes

For all containers:
●White card stock
● Scalloped-edge scissors

For box:
● Small paper mache box
● Fine-grit sandpaper
● Acrylic paint: orange and black
● Sponge paintbrush
● Artist's paintbrush
● Double-sided tape
● Black pom-pom fringe

For jar:
● Glass canister with lid
● Scalloped-edge scissors
● Double-sided tape

For candy cracker:
● Empty toilet-paper roll
● Fine-grit sandpaper
● Acrylic paint: orange and black
● Artist's paintbrush
● Scalloped-edge scissors

1. Download the label, print it onto white card stock, and trim with scalloped-edge scissors for each project.
2. Box: Lightly sand the surfaces of the papier-mache box; wipe off dust. Paint the inside of the box and lid black; let dry.
3. Paint the outside of box and lid orange; let dry.
4. Lightly sand the edges of the lid. Tape the label to the lid.
5. Dip the handle end of the paintbrush in black paint, and paint dots around the label.
6. Glue black pom-pom fringe around the edges of the lid.
7. Jar: Tape the label to the side of the jar.
8. Candy cracker: Lightly sand the toilet-paper roll with sandpaper; wipe off dust.
9. Paint the inside of the roll orange; let dry.
10. Paint the outside of the roll black; let dry.
11. Tape the label to the roll.
12. Dip the handle end of the paintbrush in orange paint, and paint dots around the label.
