Lollipops in Disguise
hidden for long!
- Tracing paper
- Old-fashioned lollipops with clear wrappers
- Red, green, purple, and black crafts foam
- Green, red, and purple chenille stems
- Scissors
- Black and white dimensional paint
- Aluminum foil
- Beacon CraftFoam Glue
1. Download the free pattern for this project. (Downloading requires Adobe Acrobat software.)
2. Trace the costume shapes. Transfer the patterns to the crafts foam. Cut out the crafts-foam shapes.
3. Glue the horns and ears to the backs of the devil and Dracula lollipops.
4. Coil an 8-inch-long green chenille stem; fold it in half to form the alien's antennae. Cut two devil's tails, and insert a red chenille stem between them. Shape the stem into a curve, and wrap the other end around the lollipop stick.
5. Add faces and other details as desired. Use a short piece of chenille stem to hold the cape on each lollipop.
