The big-screen flick Batman Begins explores how rich boy Bruce Wayne became Batman. Fortunately, you can become Batman for a day just by donning one of the many ensembles that will be available this Halloween.

If you prefer to hole up in your bat cave and concoct your own costume, you're in luck. Batman's basic black wardrobe is fairly easy to recreate. Add a long black cape, a gold belt, and a bat-inspired mask to ordinary black pants, boots, and a top, and that's all you need to make your transformation complete. A Batmobile, of course, is optional!
