To get the most out of your vegetable garden, it pays to plan ahead. This downloadable calendar (link below) will help you determine when to plant seeds, transplant seedlings, and expect a harvest. All you need to do is to follow the instructions on the calendar to fill in the dates for your region.

If you don't know when the spring and fall frost dates are in your area, check with the manager at a local nusery or garden center, or contact the county agriculture extension service office in your area (see link below).

To download the calendar, click the link below and choose "Save" (if you want to save it to your computer) or "Open" if  you just want to print it out.
