An Urn Bubbler

This fountain gives you the sound
of water without the digging.

You don't have to spend lots of time and money installing a pond to bask in the calming sights and sounds of a water feature.

This project features a 3-foot-tall earthenware urn with a fountain kit installed in it. It's so simple, you don't even need a plan.

1. Drill a hole in the bottom of the urn with a carbide-tip drill.

2. Snake the fountain kit line through the hole.

3. Seal around the edge of the hole with aquarium silicone -- fish-tank glue.

4. Fill the urn with water, plug in, and turn on.
