Miniature arrangements in hanging vases will liven up door handles or windows.

Choose a votive holder or small glass jar that has a lip around the top. Wrap pliable wire around the container below the lip to form a handle for hanging.

Fill the container with water, flowers, and assorted greens. Our arrangement has a woodsy, end-of-season look with coneflowers, nigella pods, millet stems, lamb's ear, and berries from the garden.
