A Little Rock and Roll

Heavy metal, bold stripes, and (of course) the color blue create a cool escape for teenage boys. The neutral tan, calming blue, and chocolate brown of the striped walls create the base color palette for the room. The colors unite the geometric pattern on the drapes, the stripes on the bedding, and the mix-and-match accent pillows. Metal toolboxes give the room a modern edge and unique storage capabilities. Adding a top cushion and casters creates movable seating for when friends visit for jam sessions.
