If you use a resin urn for this project, fill the urn nearly full with sand, then place decorative objects on top of the sand before adding the glass round. The sand will improve stability.

• Large metal urn (22-28 inches tall)
• Felt floor protectors
• Glass round to fit urn diameter
• Plastic "buttons"

1. Attach the felt floor protectors to the bottom of the urn. If you like, fill the urn with a collection of shells, rocks, pinecones, or other objects before placing the glass round on top.
2. Place plastic "buttons" between the glass and the urn to prevent the glass from being scratched.
