Download and cut out our free pattern pieces. Sew all pieces with wrong sides together. First sew together the tail pieces, leaving an opening for turning. Turn, stuff with fiberfill, and sew closed. Then sew together the body pieces, stitching the tail into the back seam and leaving an opening for turning. Turn, stuff, and sew closed. Hand-tack the tail to the front of the pillow.







The gusset goes on the bottom of the main cat body. It adds width to the bottom so that it will sit properly. I'm going to add it first and leave my opening further up the cat for turning inside out and filling.
