Paint on Color

The old adage is true: Paint is the cheapest and quickest way to decorate. Research the colors of the era and find stock paints in shades of green and orange that do the trick. Painting large color blocks behind artwork instantly "frames" the pieces and gives each room a focal point. Plus, it isn't as time-consuming as painting an entire room.
