Making and Preserving Bouquets
Preserve Your Bouquet
If you just can't bear the thought of tossing your bouquet at the reception, use a replica.
Then consider these three options for preserving the flowers so you can enjoy them for years to come:
Hang: Simply hang your bouquet upside down. When it's completely dried (this may take a few days), gently pull out pieces that lack visual appeal and put the final arrangement on display.
Press: You don't have to keep the bouquet in its original shape to preserve its memories. Take the flowers from your bouquet and press them individually. Use them to create a keepsake collage of your wedding day.
Freeze: Hire a florist who has a machine that will freeze-dry flowers. While this method is the most costly, it preserves the colors better than other options.
