How to Construct This Block
In chosen colors, lay out pieces in correct position. Be careful of placement. Sew A to A to make a half-square triangle (25 times). Row 1 - Sew A to C: add AA. Sew B to ACAA. Sew ACAAB to AA; add B. Row 2 - Sew A to AA; add B. Sew AAAB to AA; add B and AA. Sew AAABAABAA to B; add AA. Row 3 - Sew A to (3) AA; add B. Sew A (3) AAB to AA; add B, AA, and another B. Sew Row 1 to Row 2. Add Row 3 to make Unit 1. Sew G to left side of Unit 1. Row 4 - Sew B to AA; add B. Sew BAAB to AA; add B and another AA. Row 5 - Sew AA to B; Add AA. Sew AABAA to B; add AA and B. Sew Row 4 to Row 5 to make Unit 2. Sew C to left side of Unit 2. Sew E to right side of Unit 2. Row 6 - Sew AA to B; add AA. Sew AABAA to B; add AA, B, and D to make Unit 3. Row 7 - Sew B to AA; add B. Sew BAAB to AA; add B. Row 8 - Sew AA to B; add AA. Row 9 - Sew B to AA; add B. Sew Row 8 to Row 9. Add E. Sew Row 7 to Row 8 and 9. Add D and F to make Unit 4. Sew Units 1, 2, 3, and 4 together.

This quilt is designed to be a twin-size quilt measuring 78x96 inches. We have used two 1-1/2-inch plain borders as shown.
