Easy Garter Stitch Wristers

(4 medium) Red Heart Super Saver Yarn: 55 yards (50 m) in two colors of choice

Knitting needles: 5.5 mm [US 9]
Yarn needle

Gauge: 15 sts = 4 inches; 30 rows = 4 inches.
Square = 6x6 inches

Instructions

Square (Make 2 in each color for a pair of wristers)

Cast on 22 sts.

Row 1 (right side): Knit.

Rows 2-44: Knit.
Bind off.

Assembly: With right sides facing, sew the cast on edge of one square to the bind off edge of the other forming a rectangle. Fold in half lengthwise, right sides together. Pin or baste together. Beginning at the top, sew 2-1/2 inches down the side, fasten off. Leaving 1-1/2 inches open for thumb hole, sew remaining section of seam. Weave in ends. Turn right side out. Repeat for second wrister.
