What You Need
  • Simply Soft from Caron; 100% acrylic; 6 oz. (170g); 315 yds. (288m); worsted weight; #9702 Off White
  • Set of 5 Size 8 (5mm) double-pointed needles (dpn) OR SIZE NEEDED TO OBTAIN GAUGE
  • Stitch marker
  • Cable needle (cn)
  • Size H/8 (5 mm) crochet hook
  • Blunt-end yarn needle

Size

Small: 1 ball Wrist circumference = 6 inches
Medium: 1 ball Wrist circumference = 7 1/2 inches
Large: 1 ball Wrist circumference = 9 inches

Instructions are written for the smallest size with changes for larger sizes given in parentheses. When only one number is given, it applies to all sizes.


Prep

Gauge: 18 sts and 24 rows = 4 inches (10cm) in St st using Size 8 needles. TAKE TIME TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE.

Special Abbreviations: C4F = Slip 2 stitches to cable needle (cn) and hold in front, knit 2, knit 2 from cn.
