Skill Level: Intermediate

Sizes: 12 mo (18 mo, 2 yrs, 4 yrs). Shown in Size 4. When only one number is given, it applies to all sizes.

  • Underarm = 22 (23.5, 25, 26.5) inches
  • Length = 13.75 (16, 18.5, 20) inches

Yarns
  • Bernat Softee Baby; 100% acrylic, sport weight; 5 ounces (140 grams), 455 yards.
  • 1 (1, 1, 2) ball(s) #2003 Lemon (MC)
    For flowers: Small amounts of #2001 Pink (A), #2002 Pale Blue (B), #30185 Soft Lilac (C) and #2004 Mint (D)

Hooks and Extras
  • Size G/6 (4.00 mm) crochet hook or size needed to obtain gauge
  • Size E/4 (3.50 mm) crochet hook
  • Blunt-end yarn needle
  • 2 5/8-inch-diameter buttons
  • 1.5 yards yellow satin ribbon
  • Stitch marker

Gauge

With larger hook, 6 V-sts and 9 rows = 4 inches/10 centimeters

With larger hook, 15 hdc and 13 rows = 4 inches/10 centimeters
