Row 2: Ch 4 -- counts as dc and ch 1; sk first 2 sc, * dc in next sc, ch 1, sk next sc; rep from * to last sc, dc in last sc; turn. Row 3: Ch 1, sc in ½rst sc, work Picot, * sc in next ch-1 sp, sc in next sc, work Picot; rep from * to end of row. Fasten off. Sew ribbon at corners as shown in photo.
