• Scissors
• Batting

1. Cut the fur into arm, leg, ear, and eye shapes; stuff with batting, stitch closed, and sew onto a white athletic sock.

2. To give your panda a bit of a paunch, cut the toe from the matching sock, stuff it with batting, and sew it onto the puppet. Add buttons for a nose and pupils.
