1. Use your computer to print phrases onto iron-on photo transfer paper, closely trim around the words, and then iron the transfer paper onto the shoe holder.
2. Embellish the souvenir compartments with ribbon adhered with fabric glue.
3. Use a contrasting ribbon to trim the bottom of the shoe holder and to loop through the holes at the top to create a hanger.
