3. Cut additional bands of pink felt and roll into small flowers, hand-tacking at one end as you roll. Cut long leaf shapes from green felt and gather down the center to mimic piped-icing leaves.
4. Referring to the photo, secure the rickrack icing, pleated icing, flowers, and leaves to the cake wedges using fabrics glue. Add beads as desired.
