  • 8-1/2-x-11-inch white or light-color paper
  • Four-color printer
  • Scissors or 1-3/4-inch hole punch

How to Make It

  1. Download and print selected wine-bottle tag pattern(s).
  2. Trim edges to create a 2-3/4-x-6-inch rectangle.
  3. Cut or punch a 1-3/4-inch hole as indicated on the pattern.
  4. Fold pattern at dotted line, placing unprinted sides together.
  5. Slip over neck of wine or champagne bottle.
