Upgrade Plain Purchased Christmas Ornaments with Glitter
- Purchased Christmas ornaments in rich colors
- Double-sided tape
- Scissors
- Glitter in colors that contrast with chosen ornaments
- Narrow ribbon (optional)
- Make sure ornament is clean and dry.
- Use scissors to cut thin pieces of tape, squares of tape, or other geometric shapes.
- Carefully adhere the tape to the ornament.
- Peel off other side of the tape and dust with glitter.
- Add a ribbon for hanging.
@sdoyle53: Rub off all loose flakes, spray paint a bright color, then hit heavily with spray glitter.
