My co-worker made these for me because she has a stand mixer AND these cookies were absoulutely delicious! Thank you DK. I was told to share the following: DK Made two adaptations - 1) used raspberry jam because didn't have any blueberry and 2) didn't have a cookie cutter, so used a empty can. All in all DK said this was an easy recipe, except she had to keep chilling and rechilling the dough and the recipe only made 48 instead of 54. I'm getting a stand mixer for xmas and I'll make ASAP.
