Truffles that I KNOW you will love! I made these peanut butter truffles with some tweaks.
I love peanut butter and white chocolate…so when I saw the truffles, I knew I had to make them with white chocolate! I also topped some of them with melted semi-sweet chocolate!
It’s really easy, I melted the chocolate (and the white chocolate in the microwave). Make sure you set the power to 50% and start with 30 seconds and then stir and repeat with 15 second intervals and stirring until the chocolate is completely melted.
I put my decorator bag into a coffee mug and add the chocolate.
It’s an exciting week! The Better Homes and Gardens New Cook Book was launched this week and I received a copy. You know what cookbook I’m talking about…
The familiar red plaid cover, it has tons of amazing recipes…ummm, over 1200 recipes, tons of color photos (over 1000) and I found it hard to pick just one recipe to recreate and share with you. And then I saw this recipe for
and stopped dead in my tracks.
Do you love fajitas AND quesadillas as much as I do? When I saw these fajita-style quesadillas on the BHG site, they went on my to do list. Why? Because when it comes to quesadillas, I’m like a 4-year old. I make just plain cheese ones or maybe cheese and leftover taco meat. Good but sometimes a little boring.
In come these wonderful cheesy wonderful quesadillas!
Get everything all chopped up and ready to go.
I’m thrilled that I made these Dulce de Leche Fluff Brownies and that I get to share them with you.
To die for…there are no words.
See what I mean? The brownies are so buttery, chocolatey and fudgy and combine them with dulce de leche and marshmallow fluff, done. You’ll need a fork but I know you won’t complain!
Ahhh lemon bars…these are seriously the most perfect lemon bars!
Two of my favorite things, the color yellow, summer and lemons…okay that was three! Hehe! I love summer so much, the sunshine and going outside. I don’t however love the heat in the summer in Florida. But I do love the sunshine. I like to hold onto summer as long as I can and with these lemon bars, you can too!
Making the crust is super easy! Cut the butter into the dry ingredients with a pastry blender or a fork.
When I think of summer and produce, I think of corn and tomatoes. So when I saw this recipe on bhg.com, I was really intrigued. I have never had a raw corn salad before. Have you?
I’m so glad I made this because it’s so fresh and so good! So many bright flavors and guess what? I added bacon!
You put the easy dressing together first and then get to chopping the vegetables.
