I’m trying out all kinds of fudge lately to find the perfect one. This Candy-bar Fudge definitely falls in the top ten.
It’s easy to make and comes together quickly with just two bowls and a few zaps of your microwave.
Now of course I have a peanut allergy, so I swapped out that nut for some salted almonds – the end result – to. die. for. The sweet and salty combo of the caramel is crazy good. And, pssst . . . the recipe keeps it easy by using vanilla caramels rather than starting with making your own caramel.
