I’m thrilled that I made these Dulce de Leche Fluff Brownies and that I get to share them with you.
To die for…there are no words.
See what I mean? The brownies are so buttery, chocolatey and fudgy and combine them with dulce de leche and marshmallow fluff, done. You’ll need a fork but I know you won’t complain!
Start by making the brownie base in a small saucepan, melting butter and unsweetened chocolate.
Let it cool first before mixing in eggs and the rest of the ingredients. For the flour and baking soda, I mix those first in a small bowl before combining with the chocolate mixture.
Pour the brownie batter into a foil-lined pan then sprayed with baking spray.
I spray my angled spatula with baking spray and then use it smooth out the batter so it bakes evenly.
After the brownies come out of the oven, pour marshmallow fluff on top and spread it out. Then, pour over the top, microwaved dulce de leche.
Use a knife or spatula to swirl the dulce de leche into the fluff. Then add chopped pecans on top.
You have to make these, there are no ifs ands or buts about it.
Here are the complete recipe and instructions for the Dulce de Leche Fluff Brownies!
