Strawberry Cheesecake Tartlets
Now that you are all geared-up for St. Patrick’s Day, let’s get ready for Easter with this Strawberry Cheesecake Tartlet. They are bite sized and and easy to make, so you can concentrate on the important stuff, like Easter egg hunts.
Easter is a big deal in our family, so I’ll be making these tartlets along with some sweet breads and possibly other desserts. Given that, I’m more than a little glad that these can come together in less than 20-minutes if you use pre-made tartlet shells like I did. As for the rest of the ensemble, the cheesecake filling is no-bake and to save even more time, follow the recipe and use strawberry preserves for the drizzle. If you prefer something homemade try a strawberry compote for the top.
This recipe is highly adaptable, so if strawberries aren’t yet in season for your area, swap it out for something that is or flip it to something over-the-top by drizzling the tartlets with a little chocolate and/or caramel sauce and sprinkle it with chopped candy.
