  1. I need some help please! I rent a house, the walls are a soft taupe or light tan/ light beige color I guess. The trim and doors are white, the carpet is brown, my couch fits in the corner is a light beige color I guess with end tables attached dark wood and dark short legs. I have one window. I bought from BHG the rustic TV stand and coffee table that is oak and black with wheels. I wanted to do yellow and gray so I bought a large gold/yellow family and cream color rug with like a kind of paisley design. I bought gray and white curtains. My question is I can paint one accent wall behind TV stand and I was going to do starburst yellow, then add gray and yellow accents. I’m confused on the decor. I was going for a rustic chic but not sure how to do that. Also is a bright yellow ok for the wall ? Do the patterns have to match? And since the furniture is dark(except couch) how do I pull that all together? Another color accent? Green? More gray, more yellow? Help me please!! Thanks for your time!i can submit pics if needed.
