Pin it. Get it!: Poufs

I’m sure you’ve seen them. Those odd large, cushioned balls, oftentimes knitted or quilted, sitting on someone’s living room or bedroom floor. Whether in your favorite decorating magazine, home decor store / catalog, or your best friend’s home, poufs are popping up everywhere. I’m actually a huge fan of them myself. I have an adorable gold one in my living room. Not only does it make the perfect foot rest, but it doubles as extra seating and a handy place to pile up my favorite magazines.

In addition to being multifunctional, poufs can offer a great stylistic element to any space. While you can certainly go neutral, most of the poufs that I’ve seen come in fun patterns and textures. It’s a great, easy, and inexpensive way to add a really bold and unique element to your space. So whether you go round or square, check out some of my favorite poufs below.

Let us know below if you’ve joined the pouf bandwagon and how you are using them in your home.

  1. Great roundup on the poufs but I’m especially loving how that TV looks mounted on the stone :)

  2. That’s a wonderful selection of poufs, especially no. 4. Gorgeous! I’m undecided as to buying this or a Mamlouk pouf on Etsy now…
