Sweepstakes begins September 15, 2008 and ends December 15, 2008. Entries must be received by 11:59 pm, E.T., on December 15, 2008. Entries become the property of Meredith Corporation, 1716 Locust St., Des Moines, IA and Sears, Roebuck and CoSears Holdings Management Corporation, 3333 Beverly Rd., Hoffman Estates, IL 60179 ("Sponsors") and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entrants must have Internet access prior to September 15, 2008 to enter.

ENTRY: Enter at www.kenmorecountryescape.com by submitting a completed online entry form. There is no cost to register or enter. LIMIT: One entry per household. No group entries.

ELIGIBILITY: Legal residents of the 50 United States, and the District of Columbia, 21 years of age or older are eligible to enter, except employees of Sponsors, and any other organizations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, prize support, advertisement or promotion and/or their respective agents, affiliates, subsidiaries and members of their immediate families or persons residing at the same address.

WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZING: On or about January 29, 2009, a random drawing from among all eligible entries received will be conducted under Sponsors' supervision. One (1) winner will receive a prize package including a four (4) days and three (3) nights trip prize package, which includes for two (2) people to White Hart Inn in Salisbury Connecticut. Trip includes: one room at a hotel chosen by Sponsors located within close proximity tnear o Falls Village, Connecticut - standard double occupancy, approximate retail value (" ARV") $1,100;. Trip also includes , coach class roundtrip airfare from from major U.S. airport nearest winner's home to Hartford, CT,with roundtrip destinations the same on both outgoing and incoming flights and airline subject to sponsor's choice for two (2) people traveling from a location within the 50 states, plus one rental car for four days, approximate retail value (ARV up to) $2,500. Ground transportation between airport and hotel, and between hotel and lunch/antiquing, ARV $700. Flight departure dates, times and connections will be are subject toselected by Ssponsors in their sole discretion's approval. In addition, the vacation package includes, lunch for one (1) day for two (2) people at Eric Cohler's house, ARV $200 and antiquing on the same day as lunch for two (2) people with designer Eric Cohler -ARV $2,000, as well as an $800.00 gift card for travel expenses. Potential winner will be notified by phone and/or e-mail on or about January 29, 2009 and the prize package will be fulfilled between February 29March 30, 2009 and October 15, 2009, per Eric Cohler's availability. Travel dates are subject to the availability of Eric Cohler and will be scheduled in the sole discretion of Sponsors.. Winner must provide three desired date options and a minimum of 2 months notice before Ssponsor schedules trip and coordinates time with Eric Cohler. Sponsors do not guarantee travel dates corresponding to date options provided by Winner. All other expenses including but not limited to all other meals, beverages, gratuities, incidentals, taxes and fees will be the sole responsibility of winner. Antiquing with Eric Cohler and Eric Cohler's attendance at lunch are subject to availability. Sponsors are not responsible for any circumstances that make it impractical or impossible to fulfill this element of the prize. This element of the prize has no approximate retail value, and if it becomes impractical or impossible to fulfill this element, Sponsors' only obligation will be to provide the remainder of the prize. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize (or portions thereof) of equal or greater value if prize (or portions thereof) cannot be awarded as described. Sponsors will determine all elements of prize in their sole discretion. Prize may not be assigned, transferred, changed or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsors' sole discretion. Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee express or implied by Sponsors. Sponsors disclaims all and any liability for the actual provision, quality or nature of any third-party product or service accepted by the winners. The awarding of any prize is contingent upon full compliance with these Official Rules. Entrants agree to be bound by Official Rules and agree that if any winner fails to provide proof of identity, refuses to provide required affidavit, is found to have violated Official Rules, or otherwise does not meet eligibility criteria, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing. Entrants understand that Sponsors are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in this promotion and acceptance, possession, and use of prize. Sponsors are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize. Decisions of Sponsors are final and binding in all respects.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Except where prohibited, by participating Sweepstakes entrants agree that: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant(s) and Sponsors and their agents shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction. Entrant agrees that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes, or awarding of the prizes, shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in the State of New York and entrant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. Except where prohibited, by participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or awarding of the prizes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any participant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Sponsors further reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or modify this promotion if not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, technical corruption, non-authorized human intervention or force majeure. In the event of cancellation, Sponsors reserve the right to select a winners from among all eligible entries received prior to date of cancellation.
