The Picture Perfect sweepstakes is composed of 6 separate sweepstakes (the "Vern Sweepstakes," the "Frank Sweepstakes," the "Paige Sweepstakes," the "Doug Sweepstakes," the "Genevieve Sweepstakes", and the "Amy Sweepstakes."). You may enter each sweepstakes only once, but you can enter all 6 sweepstakes once! Click on the "head photo" of Vern, Frank, Paige, Doug, Genevieve or Amy found at www.bhg.com/tradingspacessweeps to enter their respective sweepstakes and complete the official online entry form. There is no cost to register. Only one entry per sweepstakes per household/e-mail address is allowed. Sweepstakes begins March 13, 2003. Entries must be received by 11:59 pm ET, April 7, 2003.

The following terms and conditions apply to all six sweepstakes:

Sponsor assumes no responsibility for entries they are unable to process due to network, hardware or other technical failures. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel sweepstakes if they become technically corrupted or because of non-authorized human intervention. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes to eligible, non-suspect, entries received prior to date of cancellation. The use of automated entry devices or any other conduct which impedes the integrity of the sweepstakes is prohibited. In the event of a dispute, entry will be deemed made by the holder of an established e-mail account associated with the entry.

All 6 sweepstakes are open to legal residents of the U. S., who are 18 years of age or older, except employees of Sponsor, its agents, affiliates, subsidiaries and members of their immediate families or persons residing in the same household. Entrants must have Internet access prior to March 13, 2003, in order to be eligible to enter.

On or about April 14, 2003, Sponsor (or its promotional agency) will conduct 6 separate random drawings from all eligible entries received for the respective sweepstakes. For instance, Sponsor will draw winners of the "Paige" sweepstakes from all eligible entries received from participants who entered the "Paige" sweepstakes. Decisions of Sponsor are final and binding in all respects. Entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules. The awarding of any prize is contingent upon full compliance with the Official Rules.

Prizes:

The Winner of the "Vern" Sweepstakes will receive a framed page from the Trading Spaces book, autographed by Vern Yip from the Trading Spaces television show, with an approximate retail value of $50 plus a Trading Spaces smock, ARV $45.
The Winner of the "Frank" Sweepstakes will receive a framed page from the Trading Spaces book, autographed by Frank Bielec from the Trading Spaces television show, with an approximate retail value of $50 plus a Trading Spaces smock, ARV $45.

The Winner of the "Paige" Sweepstakes will receive a framed page from the Trading Spaces book, autographed by Paige Davis from the Trading Spaces television show, with an approximate retail value of $50 plus a Trading Spaces smock, ARV $45.

The Winner of the "Doug" Sweepstakes will receive a framed page from the Trading Spaces book, autographed by Doug Wilson from the Trading Spaces television show, with an approximate retail value of $50 plus a Trading Spaces smock, ARV $45.

The Winner of the "Genevieve" Sweepstakes will receive a framed page from the Trading Spaces book, autographed by Genevieve Gorder from the Trading Spaces television show, with an approximate retail value of $50 plus a Trading Spaces smock, ARV $45.

The Winner of the "Amy" Sweepstakes will receive a framed page from the Trading Spaces book, autographed by Amy Wynn Pastor from the Trading Spaces television show, with an approximate retail value of $50 and a Trading Spaces smock, ARV $45.

Winners will be notified by mail or e-mail and the prizes will be delivered on or about April 30, 2003. No prize transfers or substitutions or cash in lieu of prize are allowed, except at the discretion of Sponsor.

Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received for each of the 6 sweepstakes. (The odds for each sweepstakes is likely to differ.) Estimated circulation of offer: 46 million total estimated Meredith and AOL.com website users.

Entry constitutes permission to use winner's entry, name, hometown, voice, likeness, photograph and any statements regarding these sweepstakes for editorial, public relations, promotional and advertising purposes on behalf of Sponsor without compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winners will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability/Publicity within 10 days of notification or an alternate winner will be selected by a random drawing. By participating and winning a prize, winners release Sponsor, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability with respect to the prize. Subject to all U. S. federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
