'Milkshake' Coneflower

We love coneflowers because they're easy to grow, attract butterflies, are great cut flowers, and bloom for a long time. This one (Echinacea purpurea 'Milkshake') adds a little something special to the mix with its fully double, long-lasting white blossoms. It's a good performer, thriving in full sun and holding up to heat and drought, and blooming its head off -- a mature plant can produce 40-50 flowers! It grows 3 feet tall and wide and is hardy in Zones 5-9.

The voting period is over. Thank you to all who participated. Official winner(s) to be announced per official contest rules.
