Jen Kershner from The Cottage Nest

This pretty, green-painted bench is a multi-tasker, accommodating potting by day and entertaining by night. For starters, Jen attached and painted 2x4 lattice panels and shelves to create the bench. Then she got to work adding all the features a gardener could need, including sliding trash bins for storage, clay pots with painted saucers, a pot-turned-twine dispenser, and S-hooks for keeping tools at the ready. When it's time to entertain, a canvas drop cloth curtain conceals garden supplies so the beverages and glasses can come out.
