Why won't my cookie dough release from press?
What can I do if the cookie dough won't stick to cookie tin after pressing ? I can't release the cookies onto the baking tin.
Is your baking sheet warm? For spritz cookies, it's very important to cool the cookie sheet to room temperature before pressing the dough onto it. If the sheet is warm, the cookie press won't release the dough properly. Happy baking!
