My honey is crystallized and no longer liquid. Is it ruined?

With the exception of Tupelo honey, which never crystallizes, this is a common problem with honey that has been stored for a while. It is definitely          not ruined, though. All you need to do is remove the lid, place the bottle, jar, or honey bear in a pan of barely simmering water, and heat until the           crystals melt and the honey liquefies.
