This is one of the greatest tips of all time. To remove a bit of yolk—or even a bit of shell—that has fallen into your egg whites, just scoop it out using the empty half of the egg shell as a scoop. While spoons, fingers, and spatulas fail, for some reason the egg shell works like a magnet.
