Can you help me find a recipe for Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bread?
Two years ago my husband and I started baking in lieu of buying gifts for Christmas. The first bread we made was some sort of peanut butter oatmeal bread and now we cannot find a single recipe like it. We have moved and lost the original. Does anyone know of such a recipe?

Not sure if this was one of our recipes you lost or not, but did not find one on file. Here is one we did find. Always happy to search with more information.

Peanut Butter Honey Bread

Prep: 15 minutes

Makes: 1-1/2-pound* (16 slices)

The best PB&J sandwich starts here. This tasty bread is peanutty with a capital P—peanut butter, dry-roasted peanuts, and a peanut glaze for triple peanut power.

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup water

1/4 cup peanut butter

1  egg**

3 tablespoons honey

3 cups bread flour

3/4 teaspoon salt

1-1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast or bread machine yeast

1/3 cup chopped dry-toasted peanuts

  Peanut Butter Glaze

1. Select the loaf size. Add all ingredients, except the Peanut Butter Glaze, to the machine according to the manufacturers directions. Select the basic white bread cycle. Drizzle cooled loaf with Peanut Butter Glaze.

Peanut Butter Glaze: In a small mixing bowl stir together 1 cup sifted powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons peanut butter. Stir in enough milk (1 to 2 tablespoons) to make a glaze of drizzling consistency.

*Note: For the 1-1/2-pound loaf, the bread machine pan must have a capacity of 10 cups or more. For the 2-pound loaf, the bread machine pan must have a capacity of 12 cups or more.

**Note: Our Test Kitchen recommends 1 egg for either size recipe.
