You can roast a turkey and serve it the next day. To do this, roast the turkey according to your recipe or according to a turkey roasting chart, making sure the turkey is thoroughly cooked. Carve the turkey into pieces, and arrange in a storage container or in a large pan. Cover and chill overnight. To reheat, place the turkey in the pan, covered, in a 350 degree F. oven and bake to heat through (this will take about 30 to 45 minutes). You can add chicken or turkey broth to the pan with the turkey pieces to add moisture.
