How do I grill a turkey on a gas grill?
I've charcoal grilled many turkeys, but am limited to another person's 5 burner Brinkmann gas grill this year! Can you give me grilling directions? Drip pans, # of burners, etc.? I'm a reluctant gas grill beginner!

When you use this grilling method, the concept is to cook the turkey in indirect heat. Preheat all burners except for the two in the middle and place the turkey over the the burners that are turned off. Cook at medium heat around 350 F. Your drip pan can be placed on the grate with the turkey in it or below the grate. Enjoy!
