What ingredient should I use when you call for "bran cereal"?
A BHG recipe for Russian Black Bread calls for "2 cups whole bran cereal." What is this: bran flakes like Raisin Bran (minus the raisins, of course) or uncooked hot cereal like Bob's Red Mill? Thanks! Carol

Good question. We recommend using All-Bran or Bran Buds for whole bran cereal in our recipes.
