Can I substitute oil for margarine?
Can I use mazzola oil in place of mazzola margarine? I can't seem to find mazzola margarine anywhere. Thank you, Donna

Great question, Donna. Using oil in place of margarine in baked recipes will change the texture. If the recipe specifies margarine, there are other brands you can use, but take note of the fat percentage on the package. Generally, the margarine with higher fat percentages give better textures in baked goods.
