Fast growing vines?
What fast growing vines, preferably w/ color and/or fragrant blooms but not necessary, are good for wooden privacy fences, that do well in full sun & partial sun. And that are available in seeds as well. Thanks!

Thanks for writing. The first choice that comes to mind is passionflower; there is a wide selection available that thrive in your Zone 9 climate. Varieties of wisteria and trumpet vine (Campsis) should also grow very fast, though they're not as commonly available from seed.
