Endless Summer Hydrangas
What is the best time to prune Endless Summer Hydrangas in zone 5?

'Endless Summer' blooms on both old and new wood and therefore is reliably hardy in colder regions. After growth has begun in spring, you can prune out the old wood if you wish, although it is not necessary unless the bush is too dense. If you do prune, cut the old stem just above where there is a new shoot. Cut flowers to dry or for the house as much as you choose, or remove spent blooms to encourage the production of new ones on young growth. The more you cut, the more blooms will be produced.
