Saving my mandavilla over the winter
Hi, I have a mandavilla and a hibiscas I would love to save over the winter. I live in Pa. Could you tell me how far to trim them back for the winter. Also do they need as much water and sun as in the summer. Thank You, Stephanie P.S. The hibiscas is the type where all the flowers and leaves are on the top of the plant(patio version)

Hi,

Thanks for writing. You can bring both mandevilla and hibiscus inside --- both like a very bright spot. Let the soil dry between waterings --- it's better to keep them a little too dry than too wet, especially inside.
