Grass in a Flower Bed
Grass has invaded my flower beds. I can't mulch because of all the seeds that are coming up. What can I do?

Once grass gets a foothold in your beds your options are limited. Hoeing is probably the best solution, but you could also use a small tiller to get between your plants. I'm not sure why you can't mulch with seeds coming up because you should be able to mulch around the seed beds. If you have seeds you want to save that are coming up in random spots, you'll need to hoe around them or choose those you want to keep and get rid of the rest. Then, mulch right away when you have the garden sorted out.
