Plants you can walk on
I'm putting down flagstone for a patio and I want to plant something that can take traffic in the spaces between them.I haven't been able to find anything locally or online that sounds right. I'm in southwest AR. Do you have any suggestions? I've heard that woolly thyme might work but I can't find any. I have plenty of ajuga but don't want the bee swarm in the springtime.

No plant really wants to be stepped on, but a few do tolerate some foot traffic. If you can't find woolly thyme, try creeping thyme - it's more readily available. Thyme likes well-drained soil; no unamended clay, please. You could also try sea thrift (Armeria maritima) and cushion spurge (Euphorbia polychroma).
