Perennials under evergreen trees
I have lily of the valley, pachysandra, and yarrow under 2 blue spruce which have some lower branches removed due to damage. These plants grow very well but I'm ready for a change & would like some suggestions for other perennials to plant. The ground under the trees is similar to what is found in a pine forest.

Actually, I'm surprised you have had luck with these species. Most plants won't be able to survive under the shade and needles of spruce trees. You could probably try  hostas, lamium, epimedium or vinca if you've had luck with the other plants you listed.
