Tulip Bulbs
Can I dig my tulip bulbs after they have stopped blooming and store them until planting in fall? My reason is I would like to relocate them in a different location.

You can dig them, but do not do that until after the foliage has turned brown and the leaves pull away from the plant easily. The leaves need to stay put to soak up sun and help the plant store nutrition for next spring's flowers.
